- Do you take custom orders?
I currently do not offer custom orders and wholesale requests, but if you have a specefic request, please send me an email at [email protected].
- How long do pre-orders take to arrive?
Pre-orders for ceramics take up to 4 weeks to make. This includes making time, up to two or more firings and cooling time. Orders in total can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive from time of purchase.
- What materials do you use?
A mixture of earthenware, stoneware and foraged wild clay. For metallic works, I use lead-free solder and lustre glazes.
- Can I make something similar to your design for personal use?
I would appreciate it if you didn't, however please pop me a dm on instagram @mementomatter and we can discuss this further. Please do not replicate, manipulate or adjust any details of the designs from the artist without their permission.
- Could you make me an altar that's sold out?
Unfortunately I cannot as every piece I make and sell is one of its kind but I make different variations of the same design so hoping that will give you plenty of choice.
- How long do UK order take to arrive?
All UK orders are sent on Friday each week and shipped via Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Parcels outside of UK can take up to 10-20 days to arrive and may be subject to some custom charges.
- Is your packaging recyclable?
I try my best to make sure all packaging is recyclable. The clear bags for prints are biodegradable, ink used to label is soy and rice based, paper wrapped is uncoated and recycleable.
- Can I get a refund?
I currently do not offer any refunds, however if you receive a package with damaged items, please send me an email.
